More and more of us are working at odd work-at-home set ups and increasing computer time and technology use (endless Zoom meetings, anyone?), and experiencing pandemic worry on top of daily stressors in our busy world. All of these factors can lead to increased pain and stiffness.
Join physical therapist, Ellese Nickles, PT, DPT, RYT, to learn evidence based strategies for how yoga can help relieve neck and upper back pain. This workshop will move through a therapeutic yoga sequence on specific goals of increasing mobility, improving postural alignment, reducing pain and relieving tension. Participants will learn easy exercises, myofascial release and relaxation techniques to help manage chronic neck pain and relieve upper back tension.
