We will learn together what you need so your yoga is geared exactly for the right effort and the right ease.
Maybe stretch, maybe strength, maybe a combination. But always with the intent to relax, breathe, connect, and be in community.

Join us for a 2-hour event where we will have a conversation about the different “tastes” of yoga you can experience at Temecula Yoga Collective. Learn about the many yoga poses you may see in classes, restorative poses, breathing techniques, and mindful practices.
We will offer you nice yummy Yoga snacks, tea, and a nice GIFT to remind you that yoga is here for you.
