Want to move better? It's possible! The TRX Suspension Trainer is a highly effective training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete total body exercises in a very safe way.
Over the years, we've found that this piece of equipment is extremely helpful for people getting into, or back into exercise, as well as those rehabilitating after an injury. It's also a great start for anyone who feels intimidated by the TRX. We'll show you that there's absolutely nothing to be afraid of.
This slower-paced class is suitable for anyone new to TRX suspension training. We'll teach you the foundational moves and show you how the TRX can improve your balance, strength and even flexibility.
This beginner level TRX class is suitable for ALL bodies.
If we are once again forced to close the studio due to higher restrictions, this class will NOT be cancelled. It will be moved to a virtual/online format. If you don't have a TRX, we will credit you for classes remaining. Please be prepared for this. No refunds will be given if the studio closes.
