We invite you to take part in a unique experience in which you are immersed in the soothing, healing and revitalizing power of vibration and frequency.  Join sound healer Corrie Roberson and our own Kim Hamilton in this 90-minute session involving a gentle yoga flow followed by a soothing sound healing immersion. Open your ears, open your heart, and open your cells to the benefit of sound.

Please note: this session is contraindicatecd for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Also, although sonic offerings will be very gentle, if you have a neurological or other condition involving sensitivity to sound, please reach out to Stacy (stacy@sunnystreetyoga.com) to discuss the applicability of this session for you.

Please bring along a yoga mat.  Feel free to also bring a blanket with you for the savasana and sound healing portion of the workshop.
