This 6-week class will cover everything from tuning and holding your guitar, through a variety of chords, songs, strum patterns, and lots of useful info that any beginner can use to get started or take those skills up a few notches. Have fun learning and playing with a group and some adult beverages!

This is a six-week class that meets on Thusdays at Girl Guitar from 5:45-6:45pm CT from Febraury. This class is taught by Mandy Rowden and is for men and women 21+.

Girl Guitar is located at 2309 Thornton Studio C.

Congrats on getting started! This is going to be fun. You'll need an acoustic guitar, tuner, capo, and picks. Tuner, capo, and picks are available for purchase at Girl Guitar! You'll also want to watch this short video on how to tune your guitar before the first class.
