Friday March 4th 7-10pm, Saturday March 5th 11-7pm, & Sunday March 6th 12-7pm
This Beginner Aerial Yoga Training will provide the opportunity for you to go deeper into the aerial practice. In addition, we will incorporate general knowledge of yoga and historic yogic principals into these teachings. Topics of discussion will include:
-Alignment and cueing of poses
-Deep dive into the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of Aerial Yoga
-Plan and format hour long classes
-Learn about Aerial Yoga equipment like how to set up, safety protocols, maintenance, cleaning, and more.
With 19 in-person hours, including private classes and an opportunity to co-teach, as well as 6 hours of pre-recorded classes for review, trainees will have the opportunity to explore and/or broaden their knowledge of Aerial Yoga with access to our aerial swings at Yoga Essence of Dunellen.
After training weekend, opportunities will be available to co-teach at Yoga Essence of Dunellen.

What is included?
-19 hours of live, in-person training
-A course manual with color-photos of poses to help you learn and plan for restorative aerial yoga, traditional aerial yoga, and core strengthening aerial yoga classes
-6 hours of pre-recorded classes for home study including 2 restorative aerial
classes, 2 aerial core-to-restore classes, and 2 traditional aerial yoga classes
-Opportunities to co-teach
-Certificate of course completion
