Restoring the Sanctuary of Birth:

Celeste weaves together an experiential preparation for the intensity of the birth process & uses science to encourage deepening the connection with your unborn child.

 In this class you can expect to be challenged physically & engaged emotionally in ways that assist you in accessing your power and strength. While the content is geared towards women trusting and reconnecting with the body’s brilliant ability to create and usher in new life, this class/series is open to moms with crawling babies as well. 

Celeste has a playful and intentional way of creating a container for insight, trust and excitement to bubble forth and infuse the remaining months of your pregnancy. Couples often report having much deeper connection & conversations after a session.

About the teacher:
Celeste is a certified Kundalini Yoga & Prenatal teacher sharing since 2005. Known as the Yoga of Awareness, she uses tools from this ancient Yoga to help others awaken and access their highest consciousness and cultivate the desire to live from this expanded energy ever present inside each of us. Her pre/postnatal classes incorporate techniques to prepare for birth and motherhood.
