As we move back out into the world a lot of people are trying to get back into their bodies and trying yoga for the first time, but might not be sure where to start. This course will help those new to yoga and those who need a refresher gain a deeper understanding of the modern practice we call “yoga” through both movement and breath and empower anyone to show up to any class with the skills and knowledge they need to learn and grow.
