Better balance makes it makes it easier to move and helps prevent injury. It can be learned, challenged and improved, with an overall impact on your daily living and in your yoga practice.
The balance workshop is a 90-minute active class on understanding the 3 major components to balance, both in daily living and on your mat. We will use knowledge shared in the workshop to improve the ability to balance and maintain postural control in static positions. We will discuss and then test our balance using this information.
All ages and abilities can benefit from improved balance so please join us for an afternoon of knowledge, movement, and laughter.
