After enjoying a deliciously prepared ceremonial Cacao drink, you will be serenaded into a meditative state by the sounds of crystal singing bowls. In deep meditation, you will go on a journey of the mind through guided visualization and supported by the healing, life-force energy of Reiki. All your senses will be activated as you experience a journey to Self. You may want to bring a journal to write down what comes through you.
