This
course is perfect for anyone who longs to study yoga in depth, yet
has conflicts with devoting long weekends to the process. The
course meets every Thursday from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm for 20 weeks,
making this format a perfect fit for parents who want to study
while their children are in school, or for anyone who finds it
easier to devote one day a week (in shorter sessions) to yoga
studies rather than longer weekend sessions. Students meet for one
elective weekend and can chose between Chair yoga or Aerial Yoga.
Students also have an online anatomy course that they can take at
their leisure to complete all the requirements for Yoga Alliance.
Students bring lunch each day.
