In this spring Rebirthing time, what new seeds are you planting & embracing in your life and what helps you to stay connected to your center in times of stress? 

How we deal with stress or conflict is often how we learned to deal with it from childhood, in our vulnerable younger years. 

In this guided EFT tapping session, we will look at and “tap” on stored emotions and patterns related to how we manage stress or conflict and feelings of overwhelm. 

In this time of awakening, there is a “breakdown” happening... Breaking down to break through, to new ways of living; personally and collectively. 

These are times of growth and change. We are given an opportunity to break open, rise up and choose love, even in the midst of challenges. 

The question remains... What is no longer in alignment moving forward into this next chapter of our lives?

We can look back at how stress was handled in our households and coping mechanisms we may have taken on to feel safe. We have the ability to rewire old patterns that may no longer serve through the practice of EFT, with radical acceptance and self-love. 

We will embrace our inner child & empower new healthy beliefs and ways of being that support our wellness and ability to handle challenging situations~ Opening to positive change & new possibilities! 

EFT can support a calm mind and inspired heart. It supports us in feeling safe to Feel our feelings and in developing a healthy relationship with them. We will do some Qi movement, meditation and sound to support the release & integration of this work.
