facilitate release - physically, emotionally & energetically.
Through primal movement, dynamic asana & cardio-sprints, we
break down the emotional barriers that hold us back. Buti Yoga aims
to cleanse & release toxic energy or harbored trauma—it’s about
letting go.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you can
have fun with our Body Paint.
White or Neon Attire is encouraged for a better
glow experience. Bring your glow sticks too!
