Join Kathi at Barre Harmony for an hour of fun, sweat and booty shaking moves. This is a no experience needed event to get your body movin' to some good grooves, moves, and music. You will have an hour of body toning and strengthening moves that can be modified to your level of fitness. Bring an open mind and wear tyour favorite workout outfit (80's style would be so FUN) 

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, comfortable clothing, and grip socks. Class is FREE to Chamber members, $10 for non- members.
