The Embodied Vitality Method offers students a direct somatic experience of what is creative and Absolute—in life and within themselves. Her students experience transformational shifts in physical health, spiritual maturity and the clarity, sincerity and impact in the world.

You will learn and share from your direct felt experience in this training.  300 hour trainees will take the same training with an apprenticeship role and one-on-one monthly coaching.
