Journey with the element of sound.

A safe container will be created to allow the body to drop into deep relaxation and reflection while being washed with the waves of vibration.  Tibetan & quartz crystal singing bowls, voice, planetary gongs & chimes, koshi chimes and other instruments will be used in this practice to support the body, mind & spirit settle into a harmonious state. 

Arrive with a curious mind & open heart, comfy clothes and any other comfy items you might need to support you in stillness.  Bolsters, blankets and blocks are available in studio.  An alter will be set up for each practice and you are invited to bring any item that calls to you as an addition to the alter space, this item(s) will hold the loving energy that we cultivate together for you to return to in the following weeks.
