What Is The Ayurveda 108 Challenge?

The two goals of Ayurveda are:

1. To keep the body in a state of health and free from dis-ease.
2. To show us how to use health as a basis of, or as part of, the path to enlightenment.

Ayurveda also examines the reasons WHY we experience states of dis-ease. It comes down to three fundamental principles:

1. Our misuse of the five senses. Sight. Smell. Touch. Taste. Hearing.
2. Our mistake of the intellect or crimes against our own wisdom. We know what is good for us and we don’t do it. We know what is not good for us and we do it anyway.
3. The transformation and decay that happens to our minds and bodies due to time and motion. The constant battle between linear time and biological time.

Question: So, how do I reclaim health in its truest form?

Answer: The Ayurveda 108 Challenge.

Ladies, we have to reprogram our minds + bodies so we can get to true health.

To achieve optimal health, as Ayurveda states, we have to start over. We must move our lives towards health rather than away from it. 

As the adage goes, “if you do what you did, you get what you got.” So, to achieve a new state of health, we have to develop new habits that produce new results. 

The Ayurveda 108 is a collection of daily mind-body-spirit practices that will assist you in developing new habits to give you new results. It’s actually very simple.


These are the logistics of the Program: 

1. 108 Days = 3.5 Months
2. Start Date = June 21, 2022 (Tuesday)
3. End Date = October 7, 2022 (Friday)

Eight simple and non-time consuming daily activities that include breathing, meditation, diet, water, exercise reading and journaling.
