Led by Rebecca Loveszy

Family/Parent Yoga and Song is a 6-week series of classes for families, parents and children ages 0-5 years of age. The classes follow a set of yoga poses accompanied by specific songs sung by the teacher Rebecca Loveszy. The classes begin with breathing, centering and singing and end with savasana accompanied by a vocal lullaby.
