Then this Yoga Nidra Teacher training is for you.

The Awakened Rest Foundation Level offers an immersive understanding of yoga nidra and is suitable to anyone wishing to start teaching it, or to deepen their personal practice. It offers the opportunity to weave in your own unique qualities as a teacher and truly share and experience yoga nidra from the heart.

At the end of the course, participants will have a good understanding of what yoga nidra is, how it can be used in different settings and they’ll also be able to confidently deliver yoga nidra from the heart, whether to a class, one-to-one, or for their own practice.

No previous experience of yoga nidra or teaching is required, but come ready to learn and be open to how yoga nidra changes life for the better.

We have mats and other yoga equipment here at the studio tha that you are welcome to borrow if you don't have your own.
