Train your mind and enhance your yoga experience!
This is a four week, 45-minute progressive group class series, meeting on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-7:45 pm. You must register prior to the start date of each session.
June Session Dates: (6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28)
August Session Dates: (8/9, 8/16, 8/23, 8/30)
This progressive group class series, will get you started with some basic mindfulness/mental training practices. Each class builds upon the previous class skills, culminating in a full and final Restorative Yoga class by the fourth week.
Restorative Yoga can feel like you escaped to a nourishing retreat for your mind, body, and spirit; however, an untrained mind can make this experience more challenging and it deters many people from even giving Restorative Yoga a try at all.
As you build upon your mindful skills each week, you will be able to feel fully present, relaxed and ready to receive the full benefits of a Restorative Yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat.
This is a STUDIO class with a required 3 person minimum
and 6 person maxium:
- Bring your own yoga mat to class (and any props if you like-we have blankets, bolsters, and blocks for use at the studio, but no mats)
- The main entrance is at the back of the studio
- There is an area in the reception room to hang your coat and store your shoes
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 8 hours before the class.
