This practice is best performed on empty stomach as inhaling fully is very difficult on a full stomach. Have your last meal 3h prior
I recommended having an intention. Sometimes setting the intention is half the work, and it gives us something to focus our energy on.
We might not always get a solution to our specific intention, because we will receive what we need and not what we want or think we need. If you’ve never done this before and need some guidance think: what do you want to move away from, what do you want to move towards? Do you need healing, letting go, guidance…
