Join us for a lighthearted workshop exploring both arm balances and the practice of Ashtanga yoga!
Lilian Leone and Lisa Marie Federico will lead this three-part workshop series that offers some additional education on many elements of the Ashtanga practice, from breathwork to energy locks (bandhas) to sun salutations. Next, Lilian and Lisa will lead a hands-on practice helping you to try out common arm balance asanas used in Ashtanga. Each month will feature a different arm balance pose, building up month to month as you work through the series.
