Description
Pilates is a full body conditioning system that brings strength, balance, flexibility and openness to the body. It connects Mind, Body and Breath, improves posture and addresses asymmetries.
In this 4 week series, we will utilize the PhysioBall to add challenge, stretch and variety to our Pilates work. The ball is an unstable base that challenges and nourishes our balance and deepens our center connections. Pilates with the Ball recruits deep stabilizing muscles of the spine and core. We build stability and easeful posture, bringing the whole body into better alignment.
The PhysioBall is FUN!!
