Join Alyssia for this special workshop to let go of our everyday aches and tension! By combining our yoga practice with myofascial release and somatic flexibility elements, we are able to create more space and mobility within the body. This releasing, flowing practice will incorporate fascia balls along with our common yoga props to work out stiff, tense areas in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. All levels are welcome.
- This is a STUDIO workshop, limited to 10 participants.
- We require a minimum of 3 participants to run this workshop, if cancelled we will issue a refund.
- Please bring your own yoga mat to workshop.
- Our parking lot entrance is located across the street from Willie McBrides restaurant, on Rt 28.
- The main entrance is at the BACK of the building.
- If you need to cancel your class registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance
