Please join beloved Source Yoga teacher Lori Ferry for an in-person Relax + Restore class in our intimate North Tacoma Studio. Many of you know Lori from her years of dedicated teaching at Source Yoga. During the pandemic, Lori moved out of the area, but we have been grateful to keep her sharing her gifts in an online format. Here is a chance to practice with Lori in person!

This will be a deeply restoring hour and a half practice, including gentle movement and restorative poses, the deep rest of yoga Nidra, and the gentle, healing touch of Reiki (optional). Space is limited, preregistration required. Masks recommended.
