Why are males more prone to violence? What engenders this behavior? Is it natural? Is it healthy? What are the implications to do nothing?

What does it mean to be male? What does it mean to be spiritual? How do the two come together to create a healthy individual being. The spiritual man is dedicated to exploring these overarching questions in this five-month long program. Central to the course will be consideration of the five elements in their physical, mental and spiritual manifestations. This will touch upon birth, work life, retirement and death and the transitions in-between. Through the course there will be practices, readings and conversation addressing questions such as: Who am I? What constitutes a healthy man? What is my purpose? What does it mean to be spiritual? What are the obstacles to being a spiritual man? How do I transform? Where do I go to refresh and replenish? How do I refresh and replenish? For what am I responsible?
