Join us for our summer daytime youth fitness. Coaches Adam and James come with plenty of experience and will work to get youths moving to feel strong. The SHRED youth fitness program is not sport specific- our coaches work on total body fitness while focusing on strength, endurance, power, coordination, mind-muscle connection, core, stability and much more. Our fitness is open to all youths ages 10-15.
New to our youth fitness is a self-defence component. Coach Adam comes comes with extensive self defence and Muay Thai experience.
Our youth fitness will be sold as a weekly committment with sessions taking place
Thursdays at 11:30am at the SHRED905 studio. Each session will be 90 minutes for a total of 4.5 hours of weekly exercise.
Pricing is as follows $90+hst = $101.70 for the entire week which includes all 3 days.
Youth Fitness Schedule:
Week 1: July 4th, July 6th, July 7th
Week 2: July 11th, July 13th, July 14th
Please be sure to bring your own towel, water bottle and mat. Be sure to bring proper indoor running shoes and wear breathable clothing.
Remember to come to class well hydrated and nourished as the class is 90 minutes long.
