Pole Series 4 takes what you've learned in Pole Series 1 through 3 and expands upon your knowledge.  You'll learn spin pole basics, static spins, and indulge in some more aerial fun higher up the pole. Together with your fellow polers, you'll embark the joys of freestyle pole dancing. Use the pole as a vehicle to explore your sensuality and love your assets in an encouraging environment. 

Shhh... don't tell anyone but pole dancing can also be a great workout. Each 90-minute class includes a warm up, conditioning, and dancing.  

Over the 8-weeks you'll gain confidence, strength, and flexibility while you make friends. Each class is maxed out at 8 dancers.  

FAQs:

Do I have to be strong or fit to start? Absolutely not. You'll build strength and flexibility over time and work to your body's own limit.

Do I have to have dance experience? You must have taken Pole 1 and 2 OR have a minimum of 4-5 months experience.

What should I wear? Wear regular fitness attire or whatever makes you feel good! Please keep your intimate areas covered. Your thighs will need to be exposed for this series. Heels are always welcome.

Are there make up classes? Due to the nature of our series classes, there are no make-up classes.

My schedule changed. Can I have a refund? Double check your calendar before booking. The studio does not offer refunds.
