Join Yoga Spot Fairfield teacher Chris Mazraany on Saturday July 23 at 4pm for a relaxing Winter Sound Bath session.

 

Chris will share a sound and vibration-based practice that includes mantra, meditation, Quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, steel drums, wind chimes and more. This 90-minute session aims to restore energy balance and will enhance your physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

 

We'd love to have you join us. The event is suited to all – yogis and non-yogis. There will be no physical movement, other than lying yourselves down and getting comfortable for the duration of the session.
