Treat yourself to a blissful evening practice in the yoga dome. Come and experience the benefits of restorative yoga and healing bodywork. This two-hour class will start with a gentle yoga sequence to warm up muscles to maximize release and relaxation. Then you will be guided into relaxing restorative yoga postures with the aid of belts, bolsters and blankets. The instructors will further relax you with massage. Class is limited to 6 people.
