This class is for pole beginners. The goal of this series is to help students gain strength and confidence with pole. This confidence will translate from the studio and spill over into your personal life! Join us and empower yourself to be an better version of you!
During this four class series we will teach the fundamentals of pole. This includes walks, spins, conditioning, and being comfortable with being a new poler. This class is for students that have never done pole or those that are new to pole.
At the end of this 4 week series you should expect:
--To feel more confident
--Be physically stronger
--Surprise yourself with the things your mind and body can achieve
Wear or bring shorts class. Bring socks if you prefer not to be barefoot. No outside shoes can be worn in the studio (heels are fine). This is a four class series. No make up sessions or refunds for missed classes of the series.
