Yoga is often thought of as a tool to help us find ease in the
body, quiet the mind, and get in touch with our true nature. But it
can also be a way of helping us tap into our creative selves.
Join Jennifer and Cindy for a two hour art and yoga experience! Cindy will teach us how to let go of our artistic expectations and just have fun by creating an abstract self portrait. Then Jennifer will lead us through a just yoga and nidra practice to help us embrace it all.
Saturday, July 23rd from 2-4pm.
