Learn how to use yoga blocks to enhance your practice!
This special class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis. You may feel you don't need the blocks in your practice, but this educational 'tool clinic' will open your eyes to even more growth potential.
90-minute class includes theory and practice - using blocks for both resistence (bring the ground closer, help lower body weight burden) and feedback (help trigger muscle engagement through sense data from block).
Postures will range from Child's Pose to Eagle - you're sure to learn something new and take it with you to your next practice!
Bring your own yoga mat, all blocks are provided.
