Our program can provide a life changing experience and deep, personal transformation for you whether you want to expand your yoga practice or aspire to teach by utilizing the fundamentals of Classical Yoga principles and philosophy.

Svadhyaya Yoga was developed by Susan Hamadock. It focuses on the individualization of the practice and each student’s pursuit of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and attunement to the higher consciousness or true nature which lies within.

Schedule

September 25,2019 – March 18, 2020

Wednesday 11 am - 6:00 pm

No class on 11/27/19, 12/25/19, 1/1/20

Prerequisite:  Six months of yoga practice

Requirements:   

• Commitment to complete the 180 contact hours with faculty as required by Yoga Alliance

• Purchase of required texts

Unlimited Yoga is included for participants in the training during the length of the program.

Training Investment Options:

• $2,850 Early Bird

            Pay in full by August 25, 2019.  Includes $500 non-refundable deposit.

• $3,100 Tuition

           Pay after August 25, 2019 and before September 11, 2019.

           Includes $500 non-refundable deposit.

• $3,200 Payment Plan

            6 monthly payments of $450 after $500 non-refundable deposit.
