Join Mary, Alexandra, and Lauren
Sundays 1:00–2:30 to learn ways to take care of yourself and your
little one during pregnancy. You will release stress, build
strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, ease the aches and
pains of pregnancy, all the while preparing your body and mind for
birth. You will have the opportunity to share ideas, concerns, and
joys with other pregnant students, and connect with other moms and
birth parents. No yoga experience required, and the series is
suitable for all trimesters!
Join the entire series for $180 or drop in to a single session for $35.
Currently, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is required to enter the studios. Masks are optional for participants.

9/18 - Alexandra, safe core work for pregnancy and back care
9/25 - Mary, mantra and breathwork for pregnancy, labor, and birth
10/2 - Lauren, mindfulness and mental health
10/9 - Alexandra, pelvic health
10/16 - Lauren, moving into motherhood
