Using turn up balls and all the Yin yoga props, you will dive into Roll & Release infused with Yin Yoga which will leave you feeling completely restored both physically and mentally.

If you have your own turn up balls, feel free to bring them along. Don’t worry if you don’t have any we will have plenty on the day.
