Join Kana for a 2 hour power vinyasa (flow) session

Kana will be teaching the basic and advanced sequence and the class will end with a long and relaxing savasana. 

Whether you practise yoga to stretch your bodily limits or use it as a tool in your spiritual journey, this class is for you. All levels welcome.
