Join Ashley Hodgetts for a 60-minute meditative breath session for experiencing and embracing the energy within you, around you, and beyond you. The breath is a powerful tool for connecting your body and mind, calming your nerves and energizing yourself so that you are empowered to move forward with the important things in your life.
In this workshop, after a brief introduction, we will spend 30-40-minutes moving through a guided breath session. At the end, there will be time to reflect, share, and connect.
