During this 90 minute session participants will have the opportunity to spend extra time exploring/breaking down intermediate posures to better understand them while incorporating the challenge of increased strength and more advanced sequencing

Guided by instructor @mindful.megty, you will get to experience hands-on assists, fun new poses to try out as well as specific breathing exercises to help up-regulate and de-regulate the nervous system throughout the duration of class. 

You can expect this to be a sweaty workout!
