workshop will get lymph and energy flowing through movement,
breathing, and of course; utilization of therapy balls. Join me for
a light-hearted experience designed to get you moving out of winter
mode and literally spring you into spring!
Expect
to move, bounce, flow, sway, shake and roll your body through a
series of traditional as well as novel movements that infuse
physical flow as well as energetic passage into the next season
upon us.
Promoting detoxification, a lighter body and
mood, and a renewed connection to nature- outside and
within.
Herbal
essential oil/ reiki hands on adjustment and green juice included,
therapy ball use provided.
