Join Roxy for an afternoon
of yoga and meditation that aims to balance and
regulate hormones and help you ride out the ups and downs they
bring our way (monthly and menopausal).
This workshop
will provide you with tools to improve
your mindset and better cope with the bodily cycles
and changes we experience as a woman.
The afternoon
will include a beautiful balance of yoga to help boost
vitality and guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation
and promote acceptance.
It aims to
balance the mood by stimulating the adrenal and pineal glands and
activating the lymphatic and glandular systems.
Part 1: Goddess flow: call upon the divine feminine energy within you by embodying a carefully crafted sequence of yoga poses, set your intentions and enjoy time for yourself to simply BE
Part 2: A restorative, nurturing series of postures incorporating breathing techniques to help to calm the nervous system and balance your adrenal glands / kidneys during days just prior to and during your cycle moods.
Part 3: Ease into Meditation focused on relaxation with use of essential oils for complete indulgence in 'me time'.
