Ready to get strong from the inside out? Using your own body weight and the TRX Suspension Trainer, you'll develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. These FUNctional fitness classes are suitable for all levels, and they're fun! In true IPF style, we fuse fitness, Pilates and yoga into our TRX workouts. Our participants are achieving incredible results!
The TRX Suspension Trainer is a highly effective performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises in a very safe and FUN way! TRX is suitable for ALL levels of fitness.
Our TRX classes will be smaller in size to provide social distancing.
