“An Evening of Relaxation with Z” is a two-hour experience that includes a combination of guided breathwork, meditation, yin + restorative yoga, acupressure, reflexology, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and more. During these events, Z offers his services to help you relax and recharge. In addition, he also teaches you evidence-based tools and techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life.

Z has been a massage therapist, acupuncturist, and yoga/meditation instructor since 2010. He developed the “Evening of Relaxation” workshop in 2017 as a result of having a desire to work with people rather than on them. Over the years, this has become Z’s signature workshop and a monthly staple on Be Love Yoga Studio’s calendar. Each event takes place from 6-8pm CST at Be Love's Tulsa studio (off of 6th & Peoria). Be Love supplies all the necessary mats and props; all you have to do is show up. If you want to attend this event, please sign up in advance, as this workshop often sells out. You now also have the option to attend this workshop virtually through Zoom.
