FOUNDATION TRAINING - SIX WEEK SERIES
Starts Wednesday, October 5th
Get ready to activate your posterior muscle chain, decompress your spine and learn how to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. Foundation Training is a simple and proven method that gives you the means to change the imbalances in your body caused by our modern habits through a series of body-weight exercises. No matter your age or your fitness level, this will put you on the path to wellness. We will progress through this four week series as a group, building as we go so aim to attend all four sessions. All levels welcome.
Session dates: October 5, 12, 19 + 26; November 2 + 9
