Please come, fully let go and receive profound awareness and healing. Yoga Nidra is known as Yogic Sleep for the spiritual masters that would practice even while laying down. This is a mediation practice to fall into a deep restful state while being completely present. To assist the journey, Ananda will be serving Blue Lotus infused tea and light body and breath movement before taking you on this guided journey including soothing sounds of the crystal bowls.
