In the session Nel will guide you to a deep dive into the very essence of your being, through the movement, breath and sound. Here you will connect to your true soul nature and expression, letting go of fear and the false notion of self and personality.

 

It will be a beautiful, tranfomative and powerful evening in sacred space.. the exchange is £25.

A message from Nel:

From the infinite space we were always conecting to the Divine, to the Source, to the I Am presence, by letting go of chattering mind and by allowing ourselves to surrender to our inner guidance.

Here we allow our Heart and our body to be our guide; our breath to be our teacher.

We will allow our throat to open gently and allow the energy to flow through our body, discovering all the sounds that finally are feeling welcomed to be felt deeply, released and transformed.

We are the Earth, we are the Sacred Fire, we are the Living Waters and we are The Sacred Breath. This Trance Dance is bringing us Home; here we can let go, let go of all our masks we are wearing consiously or not consiously. This is a Sacred Portal were we can feel fully the authentic self. The Sacred Woman Man we are.

I am here to hold the space for this process. You will be dancing to amazing music plus some life instruments (drums, rattles, ocaryna etc). The music will help you to drop straight away into your body.

At the end of this expirience, to integrate the energy we will recive a channeled meditation and a sound bath.
It is Wildness we are calling for, that feeling of being one with Nature, being One with the All.

About me

My name is Magdalena Nel Bliss. I am an art therapist,visionary artist, dancer, nature lover. From many years I am working passionatly with people bringing the indigenious ways back into our communities. Art, creativity, working with breath, with movements were always my directions. Through the last 20years I have recived many teachings from my Earth Guardians Teachers amongst some indigenous Elders. Living in Wild Nature for many years was my greatest expirience and the most beautiful teacher. I am weaving this magic into the spaces I am creating for others
