Enter the holiday season rested and restored rather than stressed and depleted.  Enjoy time treating your mind and body to a session of supported yoga poses, relaxation techniques and allow yourself to be guided to a place of clarity.  ERYT - 500  & Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Gina Hart Smith will guide this three part series on the first saturday of each month.

10/1 will focus on the earth qualities we can invite into our lives, minds and bodies to allow ourselves to be grounded and supported.

11/5 will focus on the water qualities we can invoke to create balance during the dry time of year.

12/3 will focus on the fire qualities we can welcome into our bodies, minds and surroundings to bring light, warmth, energy and motivation to stay the course through the cold, dark winter months.

Saturdays 1:00-3:00

Enjoy all three sessions for $180 or attend just one or two for $65 each.
