We're teaming up with local brewery Roses by the Stairs Brewing to bring you yoga with a twist! Incorporate an ice-cold brew into your Saturday morning yoga flow during Bend n’ Brews! Participants will enjoy a yoga class taught by Elevate Yoga & Wellness at Roses by the Stairs Brewing.

No experience required – just an open mind and love of enjoying brews and supporting local! Registration includes a 50-minute all levels yoga class and a 16 oz brew of your choice.

Class will take place at Roses by the Stairs Brewing located at 509 W McDowell Rd in Phoenix. Please arrive for check in at 9:45am. Bring a yoga mat and water.
