Introduction to Prenatal Yoga
We have designed our in-house prenatal course that is a blend of movement, education, and empowerment. Each class will incorporate breath, movement/ flow and rest/ restorative poses.
We've got an incredible mumma Karen facilitating this invaluable prenatal yoga course; she’s a highly experienced and qualified prenatal teacher and our studio founder. Karen is beyond excited to guide you through this 3 week journey! Suitable for beginners through to experienced yogis from 12 weeks up to 40 weeks and postpartum once you have clearance from your GP/ OBG/ physio!
Here are a few things we will cover:
> Intro to prenatal and postnatal yoga
> Releasing tension in our body
> How to modify your practice in a public class
> Yoga and breath work for labour and supporting our motherhood journey
