In this 4-week series, students will utilize the PhysioBall to add challenge, stretch and variety to your Pilates work! The ball is an unstable base that challenges and nourishes our balance and deepens our center connections
Plus the added bonus that Pilates with the Ball recruits deep stabilizing muscles of the spine and core helping build stability and easeful posture, bringing the whole body into better alignment The PhysioBall is FUN!!
